Lots of interesting things

nick_cave09Hey guys! Today I just wanted to show you some random, interesting stuff. Believe it or not, each of these is a piece of wearable artwork called a SoundSuit, made by Nick Cave. He searches shops, looking for random assorted items, and then takes them and builds something like the ones above. Cool, right? Check out more here, and you can scroll to the bottom for more awesome art. Nice work, Nick!

Next on my list of interesting things is this video of a guy walking a tightrope under a full moon in Yosemite. I couldn’t find it on Youtube, but here’s the link to the website it’s on. Crazy! Next, check out this guy named Nathan Sawaya, who makes crazy realistic lego sculptures and takes photos of them with his partner Dean West. Can you find the lego sculpture in this photo?

If can’t, try taking a second look at the dog. Check out more cool realistic lego sculptures here. Nice job, Nathan and Dean!

If you’re interested in science, then this is for you. Check out this cool picture of what we’ve discovered in science this week:

Cool stuff, huh? If you check out this link, you can hit “see more” underneath the photo to get links to all of the amazing full stories. Last but certainly not least, check out the 29th Annual Harbin Ice and Snow Festival in China. In the Ice and Snow world, you can see amazing snow and ice sculptures. For this year’s three month festival, the theme was castles. Amazing! Check out the photo at the end of the post, and see more here.

Well, that wraps up for today. Make sure to comment to let me know how I’m doing. Hope you enjoyed, and check out this incredible photo of this year’s Ice and Snow Festival. Ta-ta for now!
